Customer Service Representative | Healthcare Account

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides accurate information to callers regarding their statement and payment procedures.
- Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries as well as actions taken.
- Deals with and helps resolve any customer complaints.
- Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirements; these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirements of your position and our business.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a second year of college.
- At least 6 months of BPO experience handling healthcare accounts.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
