Our Marketing team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Content Studio Head.

In this role, you will lead the Bank's Content Studio by driving content strategy, creative production, and multimedia storytelling across digital, social, corporate, and customer engagement channels to strengthen brand positioning, customer engagement, and business outcomes. You will oversee a multidisciplinary content team, external partners, content governance, and production budgets while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful content that enhances the Bank's brand, reputation, and relevance.

What the role will entail

• Lead the Bank's content strategy, editorial direction, and content planning across digital, social, customer, and institutional communication channels to support brand, business, and customer objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end creation and production of multimedia content, including videos, social media content, digital campaigns, brand stories, thought leadership pieces, customer success stories, and website content.
• Drive compelling, customer-centric storytelling by developing brand narratives that strengthen the Bank's purpose, culture, value proposition, reputation, and customer relevance.
• Optimize content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels by leveraging audience insights, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize engagement and business impact.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary content team while establishing content standards, governance frameworks, workflows, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage content production budgets, external agencies and content partners, and content performance analytics to ensure high-quality, compliant, cost-effective, and data-driven content execution.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Mass Communication, Film, Broadcasting, or any related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business Management are an advantage.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in content development, digital media, marketing communications, publishing, creative production, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading multimedia production, social media content development, digital campaigns, and integrated content marketing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in content strategy, editorial management, brand storytelling, digital communications, audience engagement, and content performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage content production budgets, vendors, agencies, and external creative partners while ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Strategic and creative leader with strong storytelling, collaboration, influencing, decision-making, and people management capabilities.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused professional with a track record of driving innovation, leading change, and delivering measurable business impact through content and communications.
