Onsite Virtual Assistant - Marketing Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Onsite Virtual Assistant with experience in marketing to join our team in Bacolod City. The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks while supporting marketing initiatives. The successful applicant must be willing to work onsite, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and virtual assistant support to management and the team

• Assist with marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives

• Manage social media accounts and assist with content creation and scheduling

• Conduct online research, data entry, and information gathering

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed

• Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks

• Monitor marketing activities and assist in tracking campaign performance

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

About you

• Must be willing to work onsite in Bacolod City

• Previous experience in marketing is required

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing coordination is an advantage

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant online tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities
