Job Description We're looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₱500,000 or more and can consistently drive leads, sales, and strong campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Manage and scale monthly Meta ad budgets of ₱500,000+ while maximizing ROAS. Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions. Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns. Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance reports. Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy. Stay updated on Meta Ads trends and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Meta ad budgets of at least ₱500,000 per month. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API. Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with Google Analytics is an advantage.
