- Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and responding to customer inquiries.
- Learn about different tea varieties and brewing techniques to educate customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for tea and customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company standards.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
