Qualifications: A. Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering B. Professional Experience requirement: 1. Must have a vast customer-base and with at least two (2) years actual work experience in the same or similar position. 2. With experience in developing/creating fresh accounts and projects 3. Capable of creating sales plans and strategies and has knowledge in finance and budgeting C. Hard & Soft Skills requirement:
- Prospecting & qualifying leads
- Creating a competitive & compelling proposals or offers
- Can do presentations and product demonstrations
- Can handle customer objection
- Can close and win an account or project
- Good in oral and written communication
- Resilient and can withstand pressure 8. Honest and trustworthy
