- Provide excellent customer service: Greet and assist customers, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area: Keep the restaurant or cafe clean and tidy, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
- Support kitchen operations: Assist kitchen staff as needed, such as preparing simple food items, stocking supplies, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge: Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handwashing, food storage, and food preparation techniques.
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and work in a fast-paced environment.
