Provincial Field Sales Representative (North Davao) Job Description
- Visit existing and potential clients within the assigned territory
- Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts
- Present and sell company products
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in stores
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and updates
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and manage assigned area accounts
- Can start immediately (preferred)
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license.
