IT Manager

Job Title: IT Manager (Onsite – Taguig, Arca South) Industry: Consumer Electronics Retail Work Arrangement: Full Onsite Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to lead the company’s IT operations across retail branches and sister companies. This role is responsible for developing IT strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and providing hands-on leadership to the IT team. The IT Manager will play a key role in supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and technology-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals and retail operations Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects, system upgrades, and the adoption of new technologies Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and retail systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security Provide IT management and operational support to multiple branches and sister companies Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT team, including training, performance evaluation, and capability development Support end-users by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution Implement, enforce, and monitor cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection measures Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Oversee IT procurement, asset management, and lifecycle planning Prepare and manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives Monitor IT performance, system metrics, risks, and project progress, and prepare reports for senior management Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, data security standards, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT operations, including supervisory or managerial roles Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and enterprise systems Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and IT governance Proven ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendors Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing IT teams Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting retail operations and multi-branch environments is highly preferred ERP system experience is an advantage Work Location Taguig City (near Arca South) – Full Onsite
