COMPANY PROFILE: Founded a few years ago, the organization operates for almost 6yrs in the manufacturing field and produces specialized equipment for business and financial use. It is based in an industrial zone in Southern Luzon and has a workforce of several dozen employees. The company continues to grow and adapt to industry needs through the use of modern systems and processes. Position: Purchasing Staff Company Industry: Manufacturing Work Location: Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000 Work Set Up: On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder (any course)
- Working experience in purchasing, planning, and monitoring.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Has basic knowledge in inventory, planning/demand forecasting.
- Familiar with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find and evaluate suppliers.
- Compare prices and negotiate good deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Keep records of purchases and supplier information.
