Sales Engineer - 2 yrs experience in Generator - Pasig

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 2 - 3 years experience in sales, preferably in generators, electrical equipment, or industrial products. Strong understanding of technical product sales and consultative selling methods. Ability to interpret customer requirements and match them with suitable solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for generator products and power solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and institutional clients. Assess customer power requirements and recommend suitable generator systems. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with client needs. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively. Coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure successful order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical sales meetings. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demand in the power solutions sector. Support after-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business and long-term client satisfaction.
