Sales Engineer - 2 yrs experience in SOLAR & CCTV - Pasig

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical technology, or a related field 2 - 3 years experience in technical sales, preferably in solar energy or CCTV systems Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems and surveillance technologies Ability to read technical drawings and interpret site requirements Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficiency in preparing proposals and cost estimates Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections Knowledge of local safety standards and industry regulations Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and CCTV solutions Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical assessments Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and solution presentations Explain product specifications, system benefits, and return on investment to customers Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for project execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers Track sales pipeline activity and achieve revenue targets Support product demonstrations and technical consultations Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Ensure accurate documentation, contracts, and handover processes
