Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records and files.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years College
- Team Player
- Willing to learn
- Residing in Makati or near Makati
- Preferably with experience as Dental Secretary and/or Dental Assistant or
- Dental Secretary
