Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 6 MONTHS to 1 years of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
