Responsible for supporting the company's recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates. The role ensures timely staffing of vacancies while maintaining a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
-Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Strong interviewing, coordination, and time management skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
