Compensation and Benefits Officer

Responsible for managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer salaries, wages, and employee benefits programs
- Process and coordinate payroll and benefits enrollment
- Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research
- Monitor and ensure internal pay equity
- Manage employee benefits such as HMO, leaves, and allowances
- Assist in performance-based salary adjustments and incentives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare reports on compensation and benefits data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- With or without experience (C&B experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of payroll and government contributions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
