Position: Mandarin Cost Accountant
Industry: Fast-Growing Real Estate Firm
Location: Paranaque City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Friday (with saturday - Alternate)
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Filipino & Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Open for Associate level degree. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
- With experience in accounting work.
- With experience in using office software, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop expense, budget, and supply chain reports for management.
- Timely complete accounting entries, reimbursement, and preparation of financial reports.
- Responsible for organizing, checking, and keeping accounting information documents.
- Help an organization control costs and engage in strategic planning to improve cost efficiency.
- Check and review the expenses and expenditures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the financial system, and conduct accounting, analysis, and control of expenses.
- Finish the other tasks assigned by superiors.
