Swiftstead Logitech Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Specialist (Tax Concurrent) to handle accounting, bookkeeping, financial settlements, and fund management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fuel and toll expense reconciliation, operational expenditure monitoring, tax-related compliance, and the preparation of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Manage financial settlements and fund allocation, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Reconcile fuel and toll expenses against trip records, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Monitor operational expenditures and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns and other BIR-related documents.
- Monitor applicable tax obligations and filing deadlines to support timely tax compliance.
- Maintain organized financial records, invoices, receipts, and tax documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions, expense reports, and fund utilization.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or taxation.
- Background in Philippine taxation and BIR compliance is required.
- Knowledge of VAT, withholding taxes, tax returns, and related documentation is an advantage.
- Experience in expense reconciliation, fund management, and financial reporting is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting or financial systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines independently.
