• Knowledge of medical terminology , insurance claims processes , and EHR systems is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a simple way.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
