ALL-AROUND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Salary: ₱19,800/month Location: EDSA, Quezon City Industry: Construction Experience: At least 1 year We are looking for an All-Around Maintenance Technician who can help keep company facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.QUALIFICATIONS
- At least High School Graduate
- College level is an advantage
- With experience in electrical, mechanical, and basic civil works
- TESDA NC II in a related field is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in using basic tools and maintenance equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in regular maintenance and minor repair works to keep company facilities well-maintained, functional, and safe
- Perform basic electrical repairs and maintenance
- Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Perform basic civil works such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and repairs
- Conduct routine checking of facilities and equipment
- Immediately report defects or repairs that require specialized service
