Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote products, approach customers, and use sales techniques to achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and organized according to company standards (planograms).
- Customer Service: Provide detailed information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations to customers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, report stock shortages, and manage inventory in the storage area.
- Reporting: Submit regular, accurate sales, inventory, and activity reports.
