Job Title: Retail Helper / Retail Assistant
Location: Daraga, Albay
A Retail Helper in a goods store typically assists with a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers, answer their questions, provide product information, and assist in finding items.
- Stocking and Inventory Management: Help receive, unpack, and organize stock. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, and products are neatly displayed.
- Product Display: Maintain attractive product displays to encourage customer engagement and promote sales.
- Checkout Assistance: Assist at the cash register by processing transactions, handling payments, and bagging purchases when necessary.
- Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized by sweeping floors, cleaning shelves, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Restocking: Replenish merchandise as needed throughout the day to maintain availability.
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
