Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Custodian to manage and monitor the movement of company stocks and inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Record and track all inbound and outbound stock movements.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks and deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and other departments regarding stock availability.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and safekeeping of stocks.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management, warehousing, or stock control is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
