Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and working towards solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: English Language, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Technical Skills, People Skills, Interpersonal Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional overtime as needed
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willing to work onsite
