We are currently hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Wave 1 Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team in Clark, Pampanga. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals seeking to start or grow their careers in the BPO industry.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum accepted)
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
