Position: Mandarin Medication Access Specialist Company Industry: America’s Leading Brand for Trusted Medicine and Medical Devices Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances) Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (Once a week, onsite)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin.
- Basic to Conversational in the English Language.
- Highly preferred Fresh Graduates, and No Experience is Required
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus.
- Having a Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals.
- Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates, and dosages
- Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices
- Provide possible side effects of the medicines
- Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations
- Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.
