Junior Accountant
Full-time
Pasay Taft Tourist Dev Inc.
- Assisting in the monthly preparation of financial Statement like Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet, etc.
- With knowledge of monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintaining up to date records financial records and books of accounts through system
- Overseeing Accounting System and other system (Servo ITSolutions System)
- Monitor Accruals/Deferred and lapsing of Fixed Asset etc.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budget
- With knowledge of online preparation of governmental reports like BIR, SSS, Pag-ibig etc.
- With knowledge of preparation of payroll
- Will handle Accounting Staff and assist Accounting Head
- Training new accounting assistant
- Supervised in the conduct of compliance audit
- Others as maybe required in the conduct of accounting processes.
- Graduate of a degree in Accounting
- With 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Preferably with experience in hotel or motel operations (not required but an advantage)
- Salary offer: ₱25,000 (Negotiable)
