ROLE: German Speaking - Blended Support
Location: Hanston Square, Pasig, Philippines
✅ Salary: PHP 60,000 - 70,000

✅ Experience: 1-3 years of experience handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both German and English.
✅Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both German and English.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related concerns.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with related teams for escalations or
resolutions.
* Translate and interpret documents, messages, and instructions between German and
English when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM or ticketing tools.
* Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, response time, and customer
satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and data protection standards.
* Assist with process improvements by providing feedback based on customer insights.
✅Qualifications
* Proficiency in German (B2–C1 or native) and English, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in customer service, support, BPO, or multilingual roles is an
advantage. Newbies are welcome to apply.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.

* The German–English Customer Support Representative is responsible for delivering
high-quality customer service to clients through multiple communication channels,
including email, chat, and phone. This role involves assisting customers with product,
service, and account-related inquiries while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
The representative will also support translation needs between German and English and
collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Success in this role requires
strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fastpaced, multicultural environment.
