JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries through calls or written communication, depending on the assigned account.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, requests, and basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Maintain service quality and meet account performance standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or higher.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules, and night shifts.
- Fresh graduates, first-time jobseekers, and career shifters are welcome.
- At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage, but not required for all accounts.
