WE’RE HIRING: SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Quezon City & Ilocos Region Work Setup: Onsite & Fieldwork Schedule: Monday–Friday | Normal Working Hours We’re looking for a motivated and organized **Sales Support Specialist** to support sales operations, manage client accounts, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:- Promote company products and manage assigned accounts.
- Coordinate customer concerns and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections.
- Assist with government bid preparations and special projects.
- Prepare sales documents, reports, itineraries, and bookings.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Graduate of any four-year Business-related or Medical-related course.
- Sales experience is preferred, particularly in diagnostic products, reagents, consumables, or medical equipment.
- Experience in government bid preparation is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
- Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to changing business needs.
