- Deal cards or manage games at casino tables (e.g., blackjack, poker, roulette).
- Explain game rules and regulations to players.
- Monitor bets and payouts to ensure fairness and accuracy.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Keep track of game chips, tokens, or cash.
- Handle customer disputes or issues, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
- Follow all casino rules and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of casino games and rules.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and make quick, accurate calculations.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous experience as a casino dealer (preferred).
- Ability to obtain necessary licensing, if required.
