Description - Coordinate and dispatch drivers to transport goods and services efficiently.
- Monitor vehicle locations using GPS and communication devices.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.
- Assist in optimizing routes for timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a dispatching or logistics role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: May require occasional evening or weekend shifts.
