Head of Merchant/Retail Partnerships - Hybrid

Role Overview The Head of Sales & Partnerships leads the Key Account Management team in designing and executing strategic partnerships with retailers and brand partners across the Philippines. This role drives revenue growth, optimizes brand visibility, and ensures seamless execution of trade and marketing strategies across consumer financial product offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with top retail and brand partners, developing joint business plans and leading negotiations for co-branded campaigns, exclusive offers, and digital integrations.
• Drive product adoption through retail channels and collaborate with product and marketing teams to design partner-specific offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for retail and brand partners, conducting regular business reviews and resolving escalations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers and partnership specialists, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee short- and long-term team strategy, manage the department budget, and coordinate cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development — ideally in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
