Now, we’re looking for a Junior Developer who wants to learn, contribute, and grow alongside seasoned developers and tech leaders.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of web-based tools, APIs, and automation systems
- Write clean, maintainable code and support bug fixes and feature improvements
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and testing cycles
- Collaborate with teams in Australia and the Philippines to deliver real-world tech solutions
- Learn and apply best practices in security, performance, and scalability
- Explore and experiment with AI and automation platforms under mentorship
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of software development experience
- Familiarity with programming languages like Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and version control (Git)
- Experience with Microsoft suite and power apps
- A desire to learn about automation, AI tools, and modern development practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) or backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, etc.)
- Prior remote collaboration or freelance experience
