Computer Repair Technician

- Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems, including hardware malfunctions, software errors, network connectivity issues, and data recovery.
- Provide technical support to customers: Offer technical assistance to customers over the phone, email, or in person, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolving their computer-related issues.
- Install and configure computer systems: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Strong technical skills: Possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Customer service skills: Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and helpful manner.
