- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Coordinate and maintain scheduling systems to optimize the booking process.
- Assist in resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage scheduling and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with some interaction with guests and customers.
