Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Fully Onsite - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Night/Rotating Shift Industry: BPO About the Job: We are looking for a Team Manager - Mail Operations (Email Security) to join our client's team and lead a high-performing group of analysts responsible for email operations, spam and abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety processes. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations in a 24x7 environment, ensuring service levels, productivity, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will also drive operational excellence through proactive threat mitigation, team development, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily email operations, ensuring SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently met. Supervise, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and career growth. Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and shift coverage within a 24x7 operational environment. Monitor and analyze trends related to spam, phishing, spoofing, and email abuse, implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Conduct incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions. Utilize Splunk to build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable operational insights. Ensure compliance with email authentication standards, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors to maintain operational continuity and service quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation opportunities. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership based on operational performance and risk trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Email Operations, Trust & Safety, or Security Operations Center (SOC) environments. 3+ years of hands-on experience using Splunk for monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Strong understanding of email infrastructure and protocols, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Proven people management experience within a 24x7 operations or BPO environment. Experience handling spam, phishing, abuse management, or email security operations. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
