Merchandise Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Planning and implementing merchandise plans that align with company goals and financial targets
Analyzing sales data to identify risks and opportunities in specific areas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, product development, marketing, sales, and finance to ensure effective communication and alignment of merchandise plans.
Adjusting merchandise plans based on store display and storage capacity, sales performance, and market trends
Manage pricing strategies and promotional activities
Developing new systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the merchandise planning function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or college degree in business, finance, marketing or related field
At least 2-3 year of experience in merchandise planning or retail buying
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large amounts of information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Proven ability to manage people and has a strong attention to detail
Amenable to working in San Juan
