CSR or Call Center at Bridgetowne Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Bridgetowne. In this role, you will handle inbound customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product or service information, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Educational Background: At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum) or SHS Graduate. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO / Call Center experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills. Willingness to work onsite in Bridgetowne and accommodate rotating or night shifts.
