Accounting Clerk

Main responsibilities Audit store Cash Paid Out entries weekly and communicate with stores when problems occur. Reconciliation, analysis, and booking journal entries for miscellaneous accounts. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Responsible for providing guidance to internal/external customers. Facilitate audits conducted by internal/external entities. Handle conflict and issues while maintaining the self-esteem of others. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience or related degree Two or more years of experience in a larger organization with mainframe-based accounting. Experience in high volume processing/accounting environment. Experience working in Oracle Accounts Payable module preferred. Intermediate level PC skills with knowledge of Windows and Microsoft software applications. Superior customer service attitude and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High degree of accuracy, initiative, and adaptability Detail oriented with solid analytical skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with a minimum of supervision Honest and trustworthy, exhibiting sound business ethics
