Social Media Administrator

Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as needed Maintain content calendars and posting schedules Upload and organize media assets (photos, videos, graphics) Track and compile basic performance metrics and weekly/monthly reports Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all posts Assist with basic content editing (captions, hashtags, formatting) Coordinate with marketing/design teams for content approval Qualifications: 1+ year experience managing or assisting with social media accounts Familiarity with scheduling tools Strong written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Basic understanding of social media analytics Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
