Process Excellence Manager for BPO Industry in Pasig upto 90k
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Black Belt certification is an advantage
- Proficient in data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
- Manage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects from planning to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals
- Support change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
