A hands-on housekeeping role focused on keeping a private residence immaculately clean, organised, and running smoothly — with the confidence to manage household appliances independently.

About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous, hands-on Private Housekeeper to maintain a private residence in Yerevan to an impeccable standard. This is a doing role — the right person takes personal pride in every room being clean, every surface spotless, and every space feeling cared for.

The household has a private chef and an estate manager, so the housekeeper's focus is entirely on the cleanliness, organisation, and upkeep of the living spaces. We expect someone who is self-sufficient — able to operate and manage all household appliances confidently, and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to look up care instructions, troubleshoot appliances, or find the right method for any cleaning or maintenance task.

Responsibilities:

Daily Cleaning

1. Clean and maintain all rooms to a consistently high standard — bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
2. Vacuum, mop, and sweep all floors daily
3. Dust and wipe down all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
4. Keep all bathrooms spotless — sanitise fixtures, replace towels, and replenish toiletries
5. Empty bins and manage waste disposal throughout the home

Laundry & Linen

1. Manage all laundry — washing, drying, ironing, and folding to an exacting standard
2. Care for delicate fabrics and garments correctly, following care label instructions
3. Maintain, rotate, and store bed linen, towels, and household textiles
4. Keep all wardrobes and storage areas neatly organised at all times

Organisation & Upkeep

1. Ensure every room is consistently well-organised — nothing out of place, nothing overlooked
2. Monitor household cleaning supplies and flag when restocking is needed
3. Operate and maintain all household appliances — washing machine, dryer, vacuum, steam cleaner, and others — correctly and safely
4. Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to look up appliance manuals, troubleshoot issues, or identify the right cleaning method for any surface, fabric, or material
5. Anticipate the principal's needs and act on them before being asked

Who You Are

1. Proven hands-on housekeeping experience in a private household, villa, or high-standard residential setting
2. Takes genuine pride in a well-maintained home — detail-oriented and consistent
3. Confident operating and caring for household appliances without supervision
4. Actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude as part of daily work — this is essential to the role
5. Strong command of English — spoken and written
6. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy at all times
7. Warm, proactive, and dependable — someone who takes initiative without being asked
8. Holds a valid passport and is available to travel internationally at short notice
9. Based in Yerevan or willing to relocate — relocation allowance provided

Schedule

Up to 6 hours per day, Sunday to Friday. Saturdays off.
