Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Hardworking, flexible , and physically fit to work
Willing to work at SM Makati
Willing to render overtime and work on shifting schedules
Willing to accept NCR minimum wage
Must possess the following valid documents for payroll processing:
SSS , Pag-IBIG , PhilHealth , TIN , and NBI Clearance
Willing to start immediately
· Greet customers and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
· Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely order preparation and serving.
· Assist with basic food and beverage preparation in accordance with established procedures.
· Handle customer transactions and payments accurately, when assigned.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, counters, equipment, and other work areas.
· Ensure that food items, supplies, and other materials are properly stored and replenished.
· Follow established food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
· Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally and refer complaints to the supervisor when necessary.
· Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and organizing the workplace.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient customer service.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
