Operations Supervisor

Primary Objectives/Job Purpose
- To provide day to day leadership and support to the production team, ensuring schedules and customer KPI’s are met
- Setting the environment for people to perform fully the work appropriate to their roles, and developing capabilities of team members and self
- Maintain and promote the QSL quality, OH&S systems, good housekeeping within the production team, Environmental & Information Security systems
- Be an integral part of the QSL management team and promote the company culture and create an environment conducive to achieving the business and customer objectives
- Responsible to the productivity of business units owned
Key performance indicators
- Daily output targets
- Failure rate at QC
- Labor utilization efficiency
- TAT
- Inventory Record Accuracy
- Reporting on Time
- Customer defined deliverables (both external and internal where applicable)
