POSITION SUMMARY:

The Corporate Automation Developer designs, builds, and supports enterprise automation solutions, business applications, and intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience across the organization. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. 

This role follows a Power Platform-first approach, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot as the primary tools for solution delivery. Candidates are expected to adopt an API-first and integration-first approach, using connectors and web services whenever available, with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) reserved for UI-based automation scenarios where direct integrations are not available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design, build, test, deploy, and support workflow automations using Power Platform tools. 

2. Develop business applications and user-facing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven). 

3. Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dataverse, and other external systems) using APIs and connectors. 

4. Develop Power Automate cloud flows for orchestration and process automation. 

5. Create Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational and executive reporting. 

6. Design and implement Copilot agents and AI-assisted automation patterns. 

7. Use Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for UI automation when APIs are not available. 

8. Troubleshoot issues and implement logging, monitoring, and error handling. 

9. Maintain documentation for solutions, integrations, and support processes. 

10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned that may not be specifically stated above .

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education and Experience:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

   • Relevant professional experience in automation development, application development, low-code development, or business process automation.

   • Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

   • Experience building and supporting enterprise workflow automation and business applications.

   • Experience translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

   • Experience with enterprise system integrations, application lifecycle support, and solution troubleshooting.

   • Microsoft Power Platform or related technical certifications are preferred.

2. Systems and Technical Skills:

   • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot.

   • Experience developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.

   • Experience building Power Automate cloud flows for workflow orchestration, process automation, and system integrations.

   • Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, connectors, web services, and authentication patterns.

   • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or similar enterprise data platforms.

   • Working knowledge of data structures, relational data concepts, business logic, and application lifecycle management.

   • Experience with Copilot Studio, agent development, and AI-assisted workflow automation is preferred.

   • Experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for UI-based/RPA automation when direct API integrations are unavailable.

   • Experience implementing error handling, logging, monitoring, debugging, and deployment support.

   • Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Azure Functions, and Azure Identity is an advantage.

   • Familiarity with Data Lake, ETL/ELT, data engineering concepts, and UiPath is preferred.

4. Work Requirements:

   • Full-time remote position supporting enterprise automation and business application initiatives.

   • Ability to work varying shifts based on business and client requirements.

   • Ability to independently design, build, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support automation solutions.

   • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the solution-development lifecycle.

   • Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation for applications, workflows, integrations, configurations, and support processes.

   • Must follow established security, governance, development, testing, deployment, and change-management standards.

   • Ability to provide ongoing troubleshooting and production support for deployed automation and application solutions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

1. Base Salary - Competitive gross basic monthly salary, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, certifications, and specialized technical expertise

2. Night Shift Differential - Provided in accordance with applicable Philippine labor requirements and company policy.

3. Statutory Benefit s - SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-month pay, and applicable holiday pay in accordance with Philippine law.

4. Allowances - Applicable de minimis or work-related allowances, subject to company policy and employment terms.

5. Health Coverage - HMO coverage subject to the eligibility date and terms stated in the employment offer and company. policy.

6. Paid Leave - Vacation and sick leave benefits subject to eligibility, accrual rules, and company policy.
