We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a blended account who will handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email. This role is open to college graduates and candidates who have completed at least 2 years in college. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is customer-focused, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude Document customer interactions properly Meet performance metrics (response time, quality, customer satisfaction) Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications Open to college graduates or at least 2 years completed in college Good English communication skills (spoken and written) Basic computer and typing skills Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask and work under pressure With or without call center experience Salary & Benefits Salary range: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month (depending on experience) Night differential pay Performance incentives and bonuses Paid training Health insurance (HMO) Paid leaves (vacation & sick leave) Opportunities for career growth and promotion
