Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently? We seeking a talented Customer Support Telco Account to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and providing technical support to our clients in the telecommunications industry. What you'll be doing Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous service Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to our telecommunication products and services Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of resolutions Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or subject matter experts Proactively suggest process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Contribute to the continuous training and development of the customer support team What we're looking for (At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate |preferably with at least 6mos CCE| Excellent Communication Skills If you are excited to join our team and contribute to the success of our business, we encourage you to apply now.
