- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure that food and beverages are served in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Assist in taking customer orders, handling payments, and processing transactions accurately.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring all equipment is used correctly and work areas are sanitized.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
