- Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area, including restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
- Support Operations: Assist in daily operational tasks such as handling inventory, preparing materials, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure efficient workflow.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Teamwork & Flexibility: Ability to work well in a team environment, adapt to varying tasks, and assist wherever needed.
- Physical Stamina & Attention to Detail: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning, with attention to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
